A:

You can upload a certificate of participation, letter or e-mail of acknowledgement, photographs, or any signed document as proof of participation. However, for Individual Event Submissions, you MUST upload a copy of the Activity Declaration Form signed by an event verifier.

A:

An event verifier has to be a Taylor's University staff member who can verify your involvement in a specific event or the organiser of the event itself (particularly if the event is not affiliated with Taylor's University). If you cannot identify such an individual but believe that your participation in an event should be captured in the SHINE Programme, drop by the SHINE Award Centre and talk to us about it.
